A: Yes, it will work but you still need a lower cord. this headset ends in a QD.   go to the jabra website and under compatibility guide they will advise the part# for the lower cord

**Q: Can this headset be used with a voip phone that has skype for business?**
A: yes, however you will still need a lower cord as this headset ends in a QD.

**Q: does this plug into a rj9 phone**
A: You will need a direct connect cable that goes QD (Quick disconnect) from this headset to RJ9 if that is what your telephone requires. Please call our US Customer Service @ 800-222-5424 or live chat on our website we can tell you which bottom cable you need for your make and model telephone.

Word of Caution - Please note product contains the only headset. This is QD headset and it does not contain QD to USB cable. So please remember to buy it separately. The Product is really nice. I have used in an office environment and it allowed me to take calls for longer duration without any problem. Although I am based in India, delivery was really awesome. I placed an order on 1st May and I got delivery of product on 5th May itself. Although I paid extra for speedy delivery but overall delivery and packaging experience is good. I placed an order from Rally Bargains Inc.
