I tried soaking it in dish soap for hours, and then scrubbing with non-abrasive scrubbers, and when that did not work I tried oven cleaner, and copper cleaner, but the stains are on and are now a part of the coating. It won't hurt anything because I am only using it as a drip pan and not a cookie sheet, but it looks terrible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2020* I have used The Copper Chef Pro XL twice so far and I am very satisfied with the unit. The 1st thing I did was frozen fries and bought the cheapest store brand. I misted them with canola oil cooking spray and put them in a preheated 400 deg. oven for 20 minutes. They came out very crispy and looked like take out fries. They were very tasty not quite fried tasting, but very good with little oil used. Tonight I took chicken drum sticks, coated with a little olive oil then sprinkled with lemon pepper and fresh rosemary. Cooked 50 minutes at 375 deg. Chicken was very crispy on outside, but moist on inside. After one bite I knew I would cook it again. My wife loved it too and packed leftovers for her next day lunch. Clean up is amazingly easy. I did hand wash both tray and basket even though maker claims it is dishwasher safe. I tried to think of a reason not to give this product 5 stars, but it performed better than I expected. I would like to note that my oven is a gas convection type and suspect that helps in even cooking as well as shortened cooking times. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Sized Air Fryer! *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2020* This is the best way to turn your Convection Oven into a super sized Air Fryer.
