My boyfriend said it was easy to install and made better than any of the drains we’ve seen or bought at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I love that you just use your toes to push it down to close it and to pop it back up. You don’t have to twist and push to get the perfect alignment to have the drain pop back open like most models. When it’s open for a shower, the seal allows for normal draining so there’s not an accumulation of water in the bottom of the tub (problem with other models). It does make a loud click noise when you open and close it, but that’s not a deal breaker for me; especially considering it’s awesome in every other way. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Like new replacement *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2020* My old plug was gone after a few years. Finally replaced it by using a hair dryer and the husky drain plug remover since the xbar was gone. Was easy to remove. I measured the hole closer to 2 inches but was wrong as the adapter was a perfect fit. I used putty instead of the rubber washer and it was an easy fit. To install I remove the "push" metal cap and unscrewed it. Then used plyers to make a tight turn and cleaned up the putty. Then screwed in the push attachment. If you haven’t replaced these before check out a YouTube video to see the special tool required for installation.
