Review: Perfect if You’re Allergic to Surgical Steel - Found out I was allergic to surgical steel and my ear was reacting badly. This barbell was identical to the one I already had. This is an internally threaded bar, was super easy to put it and the swelling on my ear has disappeared. Highly recommend! Great bang for your buck!
Review: Always have an extra pair! - Bought these as a back up pair because you never know if you'll need one until you need one. Good quality and appears just like I figured. Decent value.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why not G23?**
A: ASTM F136 & ASTM B348 GR 23 standards. While both are 6AL-4V ELI, ASTM F136 is the specification for the alloy to be used for surgical implants. ASTM B348 GRADE 23 is not an implant grade of titanium and is not a substitute for ASTM F136.

**Q: How to choose the perfect size?**
A: 1. The best way is to ask your piercer about the perfect size for fresh piercings and healing. 2. We can give some suggestions. 3. Refer to our guide chart.

**Q: Why will my piercing get the infection?**
A: Infection is a common risk when getting a piercing and can be caused by improper care at home, low-quality jewelry, or an inexperienced piercer with unsafe tools.
