My bottle arrived with a very near expiration date though so I made sure to use it promptly. I enjoy that being a straight base I didn't need to dilute it and it was ready to go after allowing to chill in the refrigerator. I was worried about it potentially being too salty but it is prepared well and paired fantastically with the noodles I prepared. It is quite expensive for the amount of product received but I am willing to repurchase simply because of the good delivery on flavor and convenience.
