**Q: are these past date? So cheap**
A: The ones I received did not have a past due date , they were fine. I actually didn't seem to think they were so cheap but they were out of stock every where else at the time I ordered them. They cost less at the Dollar General or Target. These don't go bad in general they will last for years.
