Review: Great Printer for Home Office - I work from home and this printer has been really useful. Setup was simple, prints fast, and the quality looks very clean and professional. I also like that it doesn’t take up too much space on my desk. Great option for everyday office use!

It has a "Build Job" function that allows you to copy 2-sided documents (as 2 separate jobs), and combine them into a single job, resorting the pages into the proper order, and deleting any blank pages. Then save as PDF doc, so it's in order like the original. You can also tweak each doc for lighter or darker, color, etc. MUCH better than any scanner I had before. The WI-FI connection was an annoying hassle (unsuccessful after multiple tries), so I gave up and just ordered a long USB cable. Now it works ALL the time.

A: Xerox only makes the B225/dni model. D=Duplex, N=Network & I=Wifi.

A: Yes, there is a USB port he just had to configure it

**Q: do you have to use zerox toner?**
A: I haveuses both Xerox (50) and Toner from Ink Technologies (59) no difference

**Q: will this printer work with Mac OS**
A: The Xerox B225 works with Mac OS. Very easy wifi setup too.

I'm very pleased with the scanning capabilities with this unit. ### ⭐ Difficult setup app; USB connectivity does not work

Would not connect via USB. Tried it with two different cables that are known to be working with two upto date computers running win 11. All it wants to do is connect via the app. I don't want that unnecessary feature. Honestly it was aggravating trying to setup and not have A simple USB connection. Spent a hour on the phone with xerox support to no avail. Gave up and returned it the same day I received it. I had a xerox work centre and that connected via USB with true plug an play ease.
