Unfortunately, our english muffins were moldy so we were offered a new shipment and a full refund. After a week, we received our refund, but we never received a replacement order. I've contacted Model Bakery twice asking when we a replacement would be shipped out, but no answer. It seems like Model Bakery may be too small of an operation to handle large orders via Amazon especially after Oprah has promoted them to be one of her favorite things.
