The protein now has an awful gritty taste and texture and it foams so badly it’s nearly impossible to drink. Even after letting it sit for 30 minutes the foam is still unbearable. Unfortunately they changed their product but deny it when asked. Considering sending it out for third party testing. Pictured is the chocolate whey and vanilla whey combined with water. I had to go online to search how much a serving should be. I did contact the company and they apologized and said that they would send me a scoop but this never happened. As far as the product it is just Okay. The peanut butter chocolate is not as tasty as the previous whey protein I used, is a lot more expensive and didn't mix as well. Although it is supposedly a superior product I probably will not order ProMix again and continue to check out other whey proteins. ** 1/25 Okay I am editing my review. The customer service department did send me a scoop eventually and apologized (I guess after reading this?). Also after reading the pros about this product as compared to other whey proteins I will consider ordering again.
