I have been using it for almost a month now and the dynamic arch support system proved to be efficient on helping to distribute weight evenly across the foot, reducing stress and strain on the feet, ankles and knees. Overall, I would highly recommend it. 10/10 Review: But these are terrific. Very keen lifelong trainee here, flat footed means finding shoes / insoles has been a long, long mission. These do a great job of adapting non-stability shoes to be/feel more supportive. The best thing about them (low profile here btw) is that you don't really feel them unless they're needed. For a while I wasn't sure they were doing anything at all. After years of having huge midfoot posts pressing into my arch and causing blisters, these are only there when you need them.
