A: Each one is round about 3 1/2 inches across. It's a sandwich, two thin delicate wafers with a buttery caramel syrup in between. So the taste is substantial, sweet and chewy, not light or crispy

These are absolutely delicious. I could not find them at my local grocery store so I did order them through Amazon. As an extra added bonus, put one on top of a hot cup of coffee or tea, and they get a little melting and even more delicious.
