The outer side pockets were not even used as my husband was carrying the water. I could not believe it when i noticed the seams at the top of the back straps coming undone and the bottom seam of the zipper (main compartment) also coming undone. By that point the bag had been used 3 times, i could understand if i had bought it in a bargain shop but not for the price i paid here on Amazon. I reached out to the seller but received no response.
