All the files and labels you need to set up a tickler file organizational system. This system consists of 43 file folders and allows you to have control over the many pieces of paper in your life.  - 12 colored folders to be labeled with the months of the year  - 31 manila folders to be labeled with each day of the month  - Labels for each of the folders  To set up the system -  1. Obtain a container for your files. Use a regular cardboard box that is 12" x 8" and 6" tall, a basket, hanging files or any container that you like. Just be sure you can locate it near your work area and that it is very easy to see and use.  2. Arrange the folders numerically by day of the month.  3. Place the current day in the front of the box and move past days to the back.  4. Place the current monthly folder in the very front, before the current day folder.  5. Place next month's folder behind the last daily folder (31).  6. Place the remaining month folders in calendar order in the back of the box, behind yesterday's folder.
