Because of this, I don't bother with capsules. I tried this because it's by LABO Nutrition. No getting around it, it is a pricy brand. But it's been a good brand for me. I really expect this to be good to me as well. Not sure if I will notice anything major as I am already used to taking mushroom supplements. And while I still prefer powdered form, this product now has a place in my life. No issues, concerns thus far.I further upped my fiber game with their fiber and probiotic supplement.They have the capsules in blister packs, which I did not expect. I see now that it says as such,. but I overlooked it prior to ordering. I actually REALLY like this over loose in a bottle, as it will be something I will keep in my purse for on the go use. I tend to forget to take some supplements if I cant just add them to my coffee or smoothies. I head out the door and forget. With pill organizers, those are fine until I forget to take the assortment of pills, and they either get weird looking or I don't remember what's what (all vitamins, minerals, herbs).
