The 140mm wide clamp stabilises pliable blades. Centres and fixes tapered blades. Additional stop for wide knives, such as kitchen hatchets. Most of the weight is distributed across the clamps, which allows for a particularly well-balanced grinding process. Glides smoothly along the universal support with low friction.
