It fits perfectly in my chair. I used to use the stick pads previously and after a couple of slides the thing would slowly start and peel off or bend. This caused a loud stretching noise and scratched my floor. This makes it the sliding in and out nice and smooth. It actually glides when you pull the chair out. It of course keeps my floor from scratching. The silicone hasn’t stretched or ripped from pulling on the chairs a couple of times a day. The thing that I am not too fond of is. I also slide my table often when we have guest over because I have a hidden bench. The silicone square is too small for my table. Therefore, I still have stick on’s on my table leg. I don’t like that I am using two different things. I also don’t like the way it looks on my chair leg. I wish it care in different colors or something. The plastic is not fully clear and I feel like you can see it from my living room. If you are looking for something that will do the work, I would definitely recommend this. The problem with the old stick pads we were using is that they come off and leave residue on the floor and chair. Not a problem with these. They stay on the chair and allow it to slide on the floor with ease. We used them on all 4 of our kitchen chairs.
