However, concrete, natural stone, vinyl and etc. are not normally walked on inside of a house/townhouse. **Q: Are they safe to use on a Luxury Vinyl Tile floor?** A: According to SHAW flooring the only non-slip rug pad material recommended for their vinyl plank flooring is PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Pads with latex or natural rubber (like rubber backed felt) can cause damage or discoloration.
