My husband and I discovered this product while visiting our son in the UK and helping him with a project which fused wood to brick. It worked wonderfully and was still holding fast more than a year later. Impressive. After coming home to the US, we tried to find the product in hardware and box stores here. It was not available anywhere. We finally found it listed on desertcart US and ordered a tube. I believe it had to be shipped from Australia - cost was $24.00 then. Never mind, we knew it worked well and that's what we wanted. I used small amounts for a couple of repair jobs and then stored the almost full tube. About one year later, I needed to make another repair and pulled out the Serious Stuff tube. At least 3/4ths of the tube was rock hard. There was a small section towards the bottom seal that hadn't hardened. I put it away and used something else, not wanting to cut into the tube. Today I needed to fuse plastic trim to a metal exterior door. Figuring that nothing else I had would work, I cut the bottom corner of the tube to get some of the adhesive that hadn't hardened completely. The softer part was very, very thick but it appears that the repair will succeed. I like the product a lot but it hardens inside the intact tube with the cap screwed on tightly - making the majority of it unusable after a relatively short time.
