Review: Just as described in the listing, and worked well - This worked perfectly for what I intended. I bought it and deliberately cut off the loop tab at the end of the dispenser, as I wanted this as a hard liner for the inside of a doggy bag soft nylon dispenser attached to my dog leash; that worked perfectly in the soft bag, taking care of a problem where the bags could get stuck in the soft doggy poop bag dispenser. There are now no feed issues as a draw forth a bag. It has worked well for that purpose, and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Although it is hard plastic so it bumps on the floor when I hang up the leash, it is durable and the velcro fastener holds it in place on the leash very well. It is easy to pull the bag out and tear it off with one hand. The bags smell faintly of baby powder, but it's not overpowering at all. The bags are thick enough. If you have a very large dog like my German Shepherd, this bag is only good for one big potty. But there is enough room to tie it up carefully. If you were trying to clean up your yard and put more than one pile in this bag, it would be better for small dogs' potty.

This worked perfectly for what I intended.
