You can roll the dice, I guess.... Mine had a great picture for almost 3 months, until a couple days ago when it white-screened. This seems a typical problem - apparently they have poor manufacturing methods/QA. Then when I contacted them, they refused to honor their warranty. They claim that desertcart and TigerDirect are not "authorized resellers," so the monitor "might" be refurbished. They refused to look up the serial number I provided them, to provide any information on "authorized resellers" and in particular the one for this monitor based on the serial number, or in fact to assist in any way.
