I ordered this with the corner shelf unit. This piece is suppose to attach to the bottom of the shelf so that you can add a DVD player just under the tv. This and the shelf came in, note boxes were not damaged in any way. But when I opened the boxes for both items what I found was very poor quality. The tracks where the two pieces are to attached was crushed and looked as it was going to just break right off. It was all made of pressed wood and just was not solid. There was no way I was going to use this to place a brand new 32" flat screen and DVD player on. I really believe this would just fall right off the wall with the weight of the tv. Only the poor shipping protection held back this rating. The shelf required paint touch up before assembly. It had noticable chips in the paint on the corner.
