This is to the concept in general, my use is to get the little RF keyboard dongle up in the air for better connectivity. The USB HUB is not designed, however, to support this much torque (it expects a very floppy) and its enough to cause a disconnect/reconnect. I think if there was a clamp somewhere to a solid support it wouldnt do this. For charge to an adapter, but my use .. well had to let them go and put the adapters back in the strip for now.
