The dissolves almost instantly, and have absolutely no flavor. I mostly put it in my hot beverages, like my coffee and tea because it dissolves faster in the hot temps, but I've put it in my iced tea as well and you just have to stir it a bit more. No clumps though. As for results, my digestion, which is affected both by IBS and doing a GLP-1 shot, has evened out and is much more consistent and healthy. Skin and nails have always been pretty good, probably genetics, but I do think my skin has been better during hormonal spikes (less acne) and my skin tone is much more even. As for hair, I'm experiencing a lot of shedding since losing weight from the GLP, and after 3 months of this, I have not seen an improvement in shedding or hair growth.
