It is a bit heavier than other lines and when trying to be very precise in trimming, it doesn't cut like some of the razor sharp lines. That being said, for areas requiring trimming out as well as edge lines, this trimmer line is miles above the rest. I operate using Stihl equipment and haven't had any problems with any kind of trimming (including heavy brush) bogging my trimmer down while using this line. Would give it 6 stars if possible. Don't hesitate regarding buying this line - it's worth it's weight in gold.
