It holds true to the carat size. I was drawn to this ring because if the halo design and the bigger carat size. My order arrived 3 business days early and was packaged very securely and came with its own box and velvet bag. The ring hold true to the ring size. The only negative comment I have is that because of the halo design and how the center diamond is held, a wedding band can't sit right next to this ring. This makes this ring and the wedding band look separated.
