I've a concern about my order.** A: They have a website with ways to contact them. **Q: what is size range for small collars?** A: Iā€™d suggest up to 30lbs or a smaller sporting field dog type, like a spaniel. They are adjustable. Highly reflective. **Q: How durable is the velcro strap? Would it come off due to wear and tear?** A: It has a buckle. All the velcro does is hold the extra flap down. The only problem I've had is that the little plastic ring that holds the tags ripped the first week. Not a problem though, all I did was hook then onto the D-ring. Great collar! **Q: Is the buckle part protected? Like covered to prevent chafing?** A: Yes indeed, it's nicely padded all the way around including under the buckle. The padding is very well thought-out because it runs the entire length of the underneath part of the collar and, in addition, runs along the edges. So if your dog happens to pull, the edges won't have that sort of slicing effect -- so yeah, the padding is under the buckle, but I wanted you to know it's padded in a very complete way. ## Customer Reviews ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ Sturdy collar! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on 14 January 2021* We were looking for a good, sturdy collar for our big guy and we're glad to have found this one.The collar itself is very well made. It has a nice clip that's easy to put on and take off, an extra loop for dog is tags and the neoprene is nice to keep the collar from rubbing on their neck.Its nice that it's reflective too since our boy is almost all black and super hard to see at night.There were two issues we had with this collar...The first is that there is not much room for size adjustment on this collar. It would probably be easy to make the collar larger but making it smaller would have the velcro strap hang off as the velcro does not go all the way around the collar.The second is that we have only had this collar for a month or two and have already had issues with making the velcro stay put. It seems like very strong velcro but it has worn down quickly and the stitching has come out as well. I am disappointed by this but liked the collar well enough that I replaced the hook part of the velcro that was falling off and added a heavy duty snap that should fix the problem. Would have given 5 stars if not for this issue.All in all I am pleased with this and our boy seems to like it as well. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ Stitching came undone *by M***6 on Reviewed in the United States on 22 July 2020* I have a mellow mastiff who does not pull. After 9 months, the D ring stitching came undone. I can no longer attach a leash and the black tag holder fell off as well.
