I did have a problem with the bottom blatter but call desertcart and they sent a new one out right away!! No Charge... The kids Love it ! The Adults love it!!! You have to pump it up all the way. after a couple of pulls just flip it and drain it so it skims better across the top of the water.... Have FUN!! The guy in the earlier review on the Lake did not blow it up all the way!!! Review: Terrible quality. Zipper broke. It was fraying and back won't inflate slow leak upon arrival NEW - Paid all this money for a tube that out of the box had a back zipper ripped and was fraying everywhere, and the back didn't hold air. On top of that, they don't offer any kind of exchange in returns. And you have to pay for a return box. Or have the original packaging for them to pick it up on your porch. So you just lose money, no matter what. Until this is fixed, I will always keep this one star. ## Features - 100% Fabric - Imported - Four Rider Capacity: Giant Bubba seats 1-4 riders up to 680 lbs on a wide, stable deck tube. - Multiple Riding Positions: Riders can sit, kneel, or lie prone on the wide deck surface for varied riding styles. - Easy-Connect Tow: EZ tow connector system allows fast, secure attachment to tow rope without additional hardware. - Nylon Cover: Heavy-duty nylon cover protects the inner bladder and provides a stable, comfortable riding surface. - 2-Year Warranty: Backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
