It does have a tendency to form it's own circle around your neck. In other words, it may not hang perfect, as the leather can stiffen and hang like it wants, rather than like you want.UPDATE: Still love it, but it broke after about a week. No worries though, it was inexpensive enough. Because I like it and it was so inexpensive, I still give it 4 stars. I didn't take it off, for that full week. I had some leather around the house so remade the necklace and it's fine again.
