To avoid foaming, add the powder after all other ingredients are blended, and blend on "low". SIMPLE, PURE INGREDIENTS: Our premium chocolate bone broth powder is rich in collagen, gelatin, glucosamine, chondroitin and provides 18 grams of healthy protein that will support a healthy gut and joints. It contains no flow agents, fillers or thickening agents like xanthan gum or guar gum which many people have a hard time digesting. This all adds up to a gut-healing, healthy protein powder. I add this powder, heavy whipping cream, and replacement sugar (sometimes) to my coffee and blend it together using a handheld frother. It does foam up but many people (myself included) enjoy foam in their coffee. After adding this to my coffee I feel a little more balanced and satiated after drinking it. The only downfall is that it contains cane sugar and has about 3.5 carbs. If the sugar could be eliminated it would be truly outstanding.

Only been on this bone broth for five days, but it seems to have quelled the gut distress I was having (I have problems with leaky gut occasionally. I've made my own bone broth before with great results and was on the GAPS program for a year seven years ago). I don't have time nor the money to be making bone broth all the time, so I figured why not find a high-quality product and buy it? Then I can also have my chocolate fix at the same time!? My mom thinks I'm nuts - chocolate bone broth? Disgusting, right!? NOPE!!!! This stuff is awesome, seriously. I heat up some water in the kettle, pour it into my reusable stainless steel mug, a couple tablespoons of almond milk, then mix in a scoop of chocolatey goodness bone broth powder and a few pinches of cinnamon. Yum! I've got an amazing milk chocolatey hot drink that I sip on for half the day, which also keeps me from eating chocolate bars and too much sugar. Also added it into a smoothie today with great results. After just a couple cups of it, I could definitely tell the difference. Now that its been five days I've not had any stomach gurgles, bloating, burping or upset whatsoever. Stomach seems much happier and since I bought three containers of it, I'm just going to continue on it and help myself be better and healthier. Hopefully I lose some weight too. Thank you Peak Performance for making a really high quality product without fillers.
