When I first got the hair it's was sooo soft and silky. Just perfect. After installed just beautiful. It has been about a month and this hair is horrible. It constantly mats up and tangles up all over constantly. Not just the back but all over. I have to dam near yank my hands through it to get the tangles out. The ends are shot and the hair becoming dryer by the day. I WOULD NOT ORDER THIS HAIR AGAIN. The price may be convincing but don't buy into the hype. FYI- it's not like I sleep with no scarf, run marathons, or just rough on my hair.
