The goose-neck part is very thick and does not bend well at all, it is difficult to get it into any useful position. The arm, though appearing to be stiff, shakes every time I accidentally bump the desk while working. That's probably unavoidable because the arm is very long. The customer service just said that oh we are sorry that it almost hurt you, but it's over six month so we can do nothing. And it s very short, not good to use. I know it's cheap, but six month?
