It works wonders for my gluten strength making the perfect chewy bread that hold together for sandwiches. I found the price for this amount very good. While the top doesn’t zip close after opening I just roll the inner bag and put a chip clip on it, there is no clumping when I open it weak after week, even without an oxygen absorber.
