I got a 23 since I’m usually a size 0 in shorts and they fit perfectly. **Q: The red tag on the pocket does not say Levi’s??? They give me a little bit of a flat booty because they are such a high rise but that’s ok, cuz the rise keeps my panties from showing. I’d say if you want a tighter fit, go true to size. But I ordered one size up after reading reviews and they are casually loose. They do loosen up after an hour or two since there is no stretch, so keep that in mind. I ordered the black ones two but will probably exchange for my true size. These are fitted through the waist and thighs and loosen up a little at the legs. Very comfortable.
