    Small and flimsy

The brush is about 1/3 smaller and shorter than most toilet brushes, which doesn't sound like a big deal, but means your hand is that much closer to the bowl while scrubbing.  The canister is also also super-cheap feeling; I checked it a few times to see if it was actually metal at all or if it was plastic (very thin metal).  Mine also had scratches in it from shipping, despite being in a box.  Not worth the money at all.

While the outer casing is a tiny bit on the flimsy side, my first requirement is that it be a handy brush but also look nice in the bathroom. I'm very happy with how it looks, and the brush itself is nice and stiff and works well. All in all, very satisfied.

I purchased this product to replace a different brand that broke. The "Chester" looks to be less substantial than its predecessor which disappointed me. That's one of the issues of ordering online without actually seeing the product.
