I own a bakery and I go through a set of these a year.  I ice a lot of cakes. I use the harder o e for my rough smoothing and the thinner one for the final smoothing.  Great price for a great product.

Absolutely amazing. I've always just paneled my fondamt cakes but these things make such a difference smoothing out your fondant and getting you sharp edges. I always thought you had to be really skilled to manipulate fondant to be that sharp without using the upside down method but no these are awesome and you get so many of them thick and flimsy. I posted a picture of a before and after just so y'all can see how sharp it can be.

I was looking for something small enough yet durable to do stenciling using royal icing, or stiff buttercream icing. When I got these today I was so happy to see that there were three different smoothers!! All the same size but different degrees of flexibility! I love that because I can use the most rigid one for stenciling royal icing onto cookies, and the most flexible one to frost round or oddly shaped cakes!
