There are no scratches, dings or imperfections on this laptop. This is by far one of the best laptops out there. Sure there's newer models but the specs on this unit are great. I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos. I have a Surface Pro 4 which served me well for many years, but hands down this unit blows it away. I paid $1000.00 for it new. I would buy from desertcart & this seller again.

Wow what a deal. I was skeptical at first but glad I made the purchase. I must say this is a trusted Amazon reseller. There are no scratches, dings or imperfections on this laptop. This is by far one of the best laptops out there. Sure there's newer models but the specs on this unit are great. I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos. I have a Surface Pro 4 which served me well for many years, but hands down this unit blows it away. I paid $1000.00 for it new. I would buy from Amazon & this seller again.

Beware - this is an not an "excellent" refurbishment. I had to return because the keyboard barely worked. There were approximately 8 keys that actually worked when you typed normally. The rest you had to press down on extremely hard to get them to actually type the letter. I couldn't even get all the way through setup without calling customer support. On top of that, the physical condition was surely not excellent. Lots of dings and dents.

Wonderful laptop for all around use as a home business, personal use and college student - highly recommend getting one with 16GB of Ram and 512GB of harddrive! Be careful with drinks around keyboard - it doesn't do well if you spill liquid on the keyboard (but not the fault of the laptop)
