Not sure if my bag is defective or not but in the pictures others have posted I don't see any shoulder strap either.**Edit: The bag has now been updated with a description/title that does not include shoulder strap. Not changing from 1 star though based on my purchase with an incorrect description/seller never reaching out to me.
