For cooking a squeeze of this jnto a sauce sweetens and thickens the texture. It works really well. For hot drinks it is a different story. The flavour really comes through and it's not as pleasant as a standard jar of honey. There's just an odd taste to it i can't quite explain. Like it's been overly watered down, and an odd twang comes through. Size wise this is a standard sized bottle for squeezy honey. It's always smaller than a jar, but t is easier to use. I paid around Β£1.11 and added it to my subscribe and save items. Its a good value basic item perfect for sweetening the fresh lemon and ginger tea that I like to start the day. Packaging is good so no leakage and no honey is wasted. Consistency nice and runny with no crystallisation. My only criticism is I'd like to be able to buy this is a larger size to reduce the amount of packaging.
