This 2-piece set includes two four offset tooth forks designed to hold chicken, roast, pork and other pieces of meat while roasting pan. Compatibility with Multiple Types of Pins Model 6004 is suitable for 8 mm square rods and other rods whose shape and dimensions are compatible with the central opening and clamping screw. The central opening measures approximately 12mm. The side screw allows the fork to be locked onto the rod after it is positioned. The dimensions of the pins are not identical from one manufacturer or model to another. Before purchasing, measure the shape and size of your spindle spindle and compare them with the dimensions shown in our pictures. 4-Tooth Barbecue Spindle Claw Each fork has four offset tips to grab food from multiple directions. This configuration creates several holding points around the meat and helps to limit its movement during rotation of the spindle. Spindle Spindle with Tapered Tips The pointed ends make it easy to insert into chicken, roasts and other pieces of meat. Place a fork on each side of the food to hold it between the two elements during cooking. Two Tooth Lengths The design includes teeth of approximately 7 cm and 10 cm. The different lengths allow the tips to penetrate into several areas of the piece to be cooked to improve its hold on the spindle. Adjustment by clamping screw. Slide each fork along the rod to the desired position and then tighten the side screw to lock it. The spacing between the two forks can thus be adapted to different sizes of chicken, roast or other meat. Accessory for Spindle Turner The forks can be used as replacement parts or as additional accessories for different rotisserie kits with a compatible shape and size rod. They can be used with rotating cooking systems for gas grills, charcoal grills and other installations with a suitable spindle. Approximate dimensions Center opening: about 12mm Length of short teeth: about 7cm Long teeth length: about 10cm Number of teeth: 4 per fork Quantity: 2 pieces Advice Before Purchase Do not choose only according to the brand or model of your barbecue. Please check the shape and section of your spit rod and compare them with the product dimensions to confirm compatibility before ordering.
