This product DOES work. You must use a blender for a smooth consistency and use 12 oz of COLD water. I use first thing in the morning BEFORE I am even hungry.

It taste okay,but it doesn't keep you full and it expands way to quickly. You can't even drink it before your cup is filled with pudding like substances. You're better off to drink chia seed 🥰
