Well, I can say that I felt a little bored and depressed about certain aspects of my life, and this book totally knocked me out of my rut, I literally looked forward every single day of the 21 days to doing the workbook AND I was ready for more when I completed it. (Hence was drawn to to her other workbook, which I am also going to do.) All the exercises are really fun, help you focus on gratitude instead of being a negative Nancy all the time, and DEFINITELY helps manifest random money gifted to you, extra money you find, giveaways, and extra clients coming to you etc etc. In total starting with day one of starting as I was keeping track, I’ve manifested almost $2,000 above and beyond my normal amount. It helps you take inspired action, and opens you up to receive. Plus the more you receive the more you can help and give to others! Since making extra money I was easily able to help some homeless animals get spayed/neutered and all their shots plus I donated to two different places that help animals. The only thing I’d say is I would pay extra for a journal that is hardcover and “prettier” but I actually DID like that this was paper and a workbook/utilitarian. I just like to have options if I want something more upscale. All the exercises are fun, every day, and I highly recommend you try it out! I bought the book because I recognized I had a lot of old pictures around money getting in the way of my money flow & general mindset.
