I bought this Smart sprinkler timer so i could keep my grass watered in the hot South Carolina heat. I love that the sprinkler can be set to water the grass more than once a day and it works perfectly. It is simple and easy to use and accurate. I had one in the past that did not work as perfectly as the Rainpoint. I am very pleased with the variations in timing that can be set. Also the rain delay is a nice feature so you can keep the settings in the system but just delay the watering when it rains. Being able to control 2 zones is also awesome and allows me to cover both sides of my lawn using 2 different hoses. This is the a very good sprinkler timer. I'm a satisfied customer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to setup and use *by A***7 on Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2022* I had the single output version of this timer and purchased the double. It works great as a timer. Someday when I redo my yard I'll probably use a more permanent solution, but for now this saves me a bunch of time. I like that this one is slightly larger than the single output model. Being that it does have two outlets you have to specify which you are setting, but that really isn't a big deal. It's super easy to set and I found it rather intuitive. The only reason that this gets four stars and not 5 is because of how many steps it takes to manually water anything. Since it attaches to my hose outlet I would hope to be able to easily use my hose for manual purposes. You can, but you have to press and hold the manual on button for 10 seconds, then you have to select which output you want, then you have to select a duration, then you have to press the manual on one more time. I would love it if there were a manual on setting built into the dial. Turn it on, water, then turn it off, but no. That's my only gripe so far. They are very responsive and seem to care about their products.I have been using faucet timers for a while to fill up my farm animals' drinking water. I changed to this one because I wanted to try one with 2 outlets.They are very easy and intuitive to set up. So I didn't have any issue with the actual way the timer is supposed to work. I set my time, my start time, my duration and my frequency. I checked to see if it will turn on when it is supposed to and it did, I made sure the next time start time is correct after that and it was. (I need it to go of every 4 hours)Fast forward to the next morning and all the animals are out of water. I check the timer and it says that the next watering is in 24H. I reset the timer and for the rest of the day it goes as it should. Fast forward to the next day, same issue....I reached out to customer support and I was told to do a manual watering cycle 3-5 times to reset the timer. It didn't work. I am still in the process of resolving the issue so I will probably update this review when it's resolved.The unit seems well built, it doesn't leak and it has a nice easy to read display.
