These sleeves were exactly what I was looking for. I went through 4 different orders with different companies. Biggest (Only) issue was size. I ordered these same braces in a 3XL and they were too big. Returned them with no problem and ordered 2XL and they are perfect. I did find that each company we off with their method for measurement of the knee. This type of product I like to buy at a physical location but nobody carries the size I would usually need. In the end, these are great and give me the support I need for daily walking (working out).I did just wear these on a trip to Disney World. Walked 7+ miles a day some days over 10 miles. The braces kept me going. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does What I Want it To Do *by B***G on April 28, 2013* I am in my 50s and either use the elliptical machine or ride bicycle 5-6 days/week. I've had pain on the outside of my left knee for years & had one of these sleeves. This latest purchase is for the right knee. I think he sleeve keeps my knee from hurting. I have attributed that to the warmth. Maybe it's just the small amount of pressure the sleeve exerts. Regardless, I find my knee don't hurt. Now, I am completely willing to concede that this my be a placebo effect, but, hey, I don't care why my knees don't hurt, I'm just glad that they don't. I'm willing to attribute it to the sleeves -- and for that reason I now have two.As for size and whether thing slides up and down the leg, I bought a large and it stays in place. What can I say? The large I just got seems a little larger than the large I bought a few years ago. At first I didn't like that, then I thought "hey, this fits better." Likely not science, probably not art. Good luck w/that aching knee. (Consider that maybe you need to see a doctor). ### ⭐⭐⭐ For someone inactive this knee brace may be fine. For me it is not a good brand *by T***R on June 6, 2015* I have other Neoprene Knee braces that stay in place. This knee brace has two much streach, is loose on thigh and continually slides down while a run. I constantly have to keep pulling it up. I tried to tighten it up by stiching the upper thigh part and it still slips down. Once I start to sweat it stays up a little longer before needing to pull it back up. For someone inactive this knee brace may be fine. For me it is not a good brand. I measured and bought the medium. Possibly a small would have been better; but, I think the outter material streaches to much with out tighten around my thigh.
