You can't hold anything wider than a standard 16.9 fl oz water bottle. It does however, fit a standard baby bottle perfectly. The cup holders are very snug on the water bottle themselves and takes two hands to pull out if you are in a hurry and tending to your other kids. I am happy about the metal ring at the opening because it helps keep the organizer open and prevents collapse. It is easy to see inside and reach for the item that I need by just flipping over the flap and not needing to hold it open. It also has a hidden pocket that lies towards the stroller that is not really shown in the pictures. Nice little extra for us.
