It will work on this grinder as it has a 5/8 spindle and its 3" diameter is less than the max 4/12". You'll have no problem. **Q: Would this be good to remove bad roll on bed liner from a truck?** A: It is more common to use a chemical stripper and then various sanding stages. Using a knotted brush is going to load up and leave surface marks that will have to be sanded and then repainted to match the vehicles surface, which is where you will be with chemical stripping. Either way a whole painted bedliner removal is going to be a big job. If the bed was not prepped properly then the coating may come off easier. **Q: Would this be suitable to removing a thin concrete overlay from a concrete driveway without removing too much of the underlying broom finish,?** A: Possibly. It would require a good touch. If the overlay was softer or not married into the brush coat too much.
