A: Yes the hook of the hanger does turn.

**Q: Weight limit?**
A: We live in Florida. Light weight clothing is the norm. Quality is very good. I think if the item is really thick, you may have difficulty with the clips.

**Q: Are the corners sharp?**
A: They are not sharp. However you couldn’t describe them as rounded. Perhaps blunted would be best description. Quality hangers. Thick enough to space the clothes nicely.

Exactly as described, in fact I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Dar better than expected. Great hangers for jeans, trousers, skirts.... Easy to use, the clips aren't too stiff but are strong enough to hold heavyweight garments. They seem well made and being painted white wood look so much better than black plastic.
