The 14-inch laptop compartment is secure, and the additional shoe compartment is very useful for organization. The USB port feature adds extra convenience for charging on the go. What really stands out is the durability—this has been used heavily for 4 years, including about 3 domestic and 2 international trips per year, and it has held up amazingly well with no major wear issues. It still performs just as reliably as when it was new. Overall, it’s a highly practical, well-designed, and long-lasting travel backpack that works perfectly for frequent, organized travel.
Review: THE perfect travel bag!! - This is the perfect travel backpack!!! There’s plenty of pockets and space for everything you need on hand, and still small enough to take as a carry on! I was able to stuff it until it was full, and the zippers NEVER once looked like they were gonna break. The waterproof compartment really came in handy, so that’s a bonus! The shoe compartment is also very spacious. I didn’t use the charging port since I don’t have a power bank anyway, but I’m sure it’d be useful! The only thing I’d change about it is the side pocket, as it was too small to fit my water bottle. Luckily, I was able to hook it to the side clips anyway, so no big deal! For the price, I was NOT expecting to receive something this high quality. If you’re thinking about getting this bag, I cannot recommend it enough!

**Q: Hello, can anyone confirm the measurements of this backpack?..it looks way bigger than 17x12x8 and I am planning to use it as a personal item.**
A: Hello, I just used this item last week as my personal item on two different flights and had little to no issue. I also had this bag stuffed to the brim and was able to fit it under the seat in front of me on a United flight (which had less storage space than my Alaskan flight). I had doubts about it being the size advertised too, but ran the risk anyway 😅  You should be able to fit it as a personal item no problem.

A: Use your portable power bank place it on the inside the bag there is a wired port in a lil zipper pocket  connect it there and on the outside of the bag connect your charger USB only.. C type won’t work

I bought the L for my husband and the XL for myself (slightly bigger) and the measurements didn’t give us trouble, it passed as a personal item bag meaning it was cost free (again, not a carry on, but a personal bag). It has so much room and the pockets are everything, you can nicely organize your items. Good material and great choice of colors and sizes. Definitely recommend
