It is just one of those 'health improvements we should all do' kind of things. This isn't the only Broad-Spectrum Multivitamin on the market, and I imagine a lot of them are great products too. So I won't try and falsely sell you on this being better than any other multivitamin, because I haven't tried all of the others. What I can tell you is that I took the 3 Crown NutraScience products in unison: NutraOmega Fatty Acids, NutraBiotic Advanced Probiotic Formula for Men and Women & NutraVitamin Broad-Spectrum Multivitamin. The NutraVitamin Broad-Spectrum Multivitamin definitely earned it's 'Crown'. In combination with the fatty acids + omega-3s and probiotic, this multivitamin seems to pack the punch you'd expect. Since the other two products have performed as expected (Crown-worthy), I have to report the multivitamin is par for the course. Overall health 'feels' better, even on days that I'm not following my fitness regiment + eating healthier. A quality multivitamin and probiotic supplement are two pills we should all take every morning, and Crown NutraScience is who I've entrusted with my daily supplement regiment.
