**Q: How long after thawing can the passion fruit be stored in a refrigerator?**
A: I've kept them a couple of weeks just fine.

**Q: As they need to be kept chilled, can these juices still be shipped in the height of summer?**
A: They should be kept chilled (just like orange juice from the store). These are shipped in thermal bag. When they arrived, they are still partially frozen. I believe these are kept frozen until shipping.

I started drinking passion fruit juice as part of a blood pressure reducing regime.  This passion fruit is pricy, but it came in an insulated box, with ice pack. So I am sure this is part of the price. But the quality is there, and it was really tasty.

Outstanding fresh juice taste. No chemicals or sweeteners. Great by itself and in tiki cocktails.  Pure passion fruit, nothing else!  That is why it only lasts a few weeks, unless you freeze them when they arrive. (When they thaw, just shake them as some separation occurs.)
