I am not sure if the phone will work outside of the U.S.; however, it does require a SIM card so I believe it can be possible. I am not certain that it will based in the country and the wireless carrier available to you.

Worse Product you could every buy. I bought this for a friends kid because it is secure and something that he could not so too much on. He also could do just enough for his age. The only thing that sucks is that if you are selling a phone and the description say the whole phone then that what you should send. But what i got was a bad phone with no battery. Sucks and tried contacting seller and they said they would fix it but never did.
